STORIES
Although not on-line yet, my first short story to be showcased is The
Light of Orion. This story is full of privateers, new technology
and mysteries about my favorite constellation! (Hmmm...can you guess?)
My next story is actuaully a novel, and one that is still under construction. Although not a follow
up to "Orion", you may see a few characters that seem familiar....This story is one known for it's view on governmental systems
and political intrigue. For a brief summary, read below.
Sometime in
the near future, politics as we know it have changed. Political parties have become more agressive and expansive, and seek
to dominate federal government. Out of this setting, has come a radical liberating group known as the Waivests, who seek to
give everyone complete and total liberty and freedom. Although of the same beliefs, another group, known as Moderates, have
verbally and forcefully opposed the Waivest party and now threaten to force them into submission, taking minority groups and
parties with them, such as the Libertarians. Out of the political chaos comes a new party, one claiming freedom with limits
and expounding on the forgotten "5th Freedom" that was so prevalent in the past. With the introduction of a fanatical religous
group thrown into the mix, known as the T.E.D.I.Z. (Tolatarian Envirement Dictated In Zion), the United States seems headed
for a massive political war, one that will be fought both in the halls of congress and on the battlefield. As the Democrats
and Republicans remain at odds with each other, it soon seems that a solution to the turmoil will never surface. But as political
turmoil and governmental failure continue, the past and the future will change. And so will history...

| MY PART OF THE GALAXY |
Just because I have a website now, doesn't mean that these little messages will stop! This section
is devoted to my opinions and thoughts on current issues and random things that I would want to discuss. Each one bears the
name of My Part of the Galaxy, and each message will be posted as Vol.1 and so on and so forth. Although volumes 1-3 were
shipped via e-mails to all my friends, these messages will continue on with Volume 4. They are written weekly, and any response
to them should be sent back to me, as I don't mind criticism or opinion. Indeed, it's encouraged! Remember, these messages
represent me and I speak for no one but myself. With all the warnings and fine print out of the way, please enjoy

In addition to writing many stories and commentaries, I also enjoy writing poetry. My works will
appear here, and will be updated as I post new poems online.
This is my first poem to be published on my website, so please be gentle to it! It's written to someone I
admire and care for. However, it's not exactly positive, so hopefully in the future I'll have better luck with her.
Shattered Dreams
This poem reflects some feelings of frustration and uncertainty that I had about someone that I admired...Circumstances
that surround this have since changed, but this poem will still serve as a reminder of how I felt at the time. (Or at least,
how good free-lance poetry could be!)
Divided I Stand, United I Fall
This poem is one that is written after I came out of a relationship with someone that I really (and still do) care for. I
wrote it to get out on paper the different emotions and thoughts that were constantly in my head concerning the matter. The
poem is addressed to her directly, and it is her that the poem is consistently refering to.
