My Reflections: Sam has been one of my greatest friends throughout
the time that we've known each other. He has done alot of things for me, and has never failed in that respect. The
remarkable thing is that, for the most part, I've never asked for it. Time after time he willingly hung out
and helped me out of the grace of his own heart. It is remarkable that since our initial meeting in High School, we
became as close of friends as we did. This reaffirms in my mind that nothing can stop a great friendship. Like love, it is
eternal. It was to Sam that I voiced some of my early adolescent pain and worries, and he voiced his to me. We trusted each
other, and I felt a closeness to him that felt as if he were my brother. If as great a friend as Sam came along every day,
no one would ever be lonely. He certantly saved me from such a fate, and I will always be indebted to him for his kindness,
and his everlasting friendship.
